You may find answers to your questions on our site or our brand sites, or you may contact PepsiCo Canada by telephone, mail or email (via one of our brand websites).

If you are contacting us about a specific product issue or question, we may ask you for information from the product package, including brand name, flavour name, guaranteed fresh date and manufacturing code, and UPC code in order to provide a prompt and accurate response.

Although we'd like to meet each local request, it's simply impossible to manage the enormous need on this kind of basis. Instead we form partnerships with national charitable partners to assist Canadians in the broadest possible manner. Keeping that in mind, we can no longer accept unsolicited donation and sponsorship requests.

Although we are sincerely complimented that you thought to send us an idea or concept, we are unable to accept ideas and suggestions ("Submission") from outside the company. We genuinely appreciate your interest, but do not want to foster false expectations as to the origin of any idea. If you do send us a Submission, despite our request not to do so, then such Submission will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary and shall immediately become the property of PepsiCo Canada.
